One service, built on transferable experience.
Ray’s résumé documents right-of-way and wireless project roles dating back to 2005, including project manager, site acquisition manager, and network real estate specialist. In those roles, he worked across teams, vendors, deadlines, and changing site requirements.
RES applies that management background to defined field assignments performed by subcontractors. The company pursues government contracting opportunities that fit this delivery model, reviewing each scope for the people, capacity, insurance, safety, and solicitation requirements needed to deliver it.
